Foremost Windows

Review: In October of 2013, I called [redacted]'s, owner of Foremost Windows to tell him about a defective screen on my slider window. He told me he would have [redacted] make a new one and would deliver it to me when completed. I never heard back from either of these people. On 5/21/14, I called [redacted] and left a message stating that I had never received the screen. On 5/22/14, I again left a message for [redacted]. On 5/27/14, I again left a message for [redacted]. He finally called me back stating, he thought [redacted] had delivered the screen to me. He said he would check on it and get back to me, today or tomorrow. He did not call me back. On 5/28/14, I left a message for [redacted]. He called back and said as of 5/23/14, he had [redacted] working on it. On 5/29/14, I called and left a message for [redacted] at 8:34 AM. He called me back at 8:44 AM and said he would have to reorder the screen. He said I am sorry, I thought [redacted] had gotten you a screen. He said he would put a rush on it and call me when it was done. He wanted me to give him 2 weeks. I told [redacted] if I did not get the screen in 2 weeks as promised, I would register a complaint with the Revdex.com. The 2 weeks was up on 6/12/14, and yet I have no screen. Prior to [redacted] hanging up the phone, and thinking I had already hung up he said very plainly"F---k You [redacted] ."Desired Settlement: I want the screen replaced on my slider window.
