The company came to repair my dishwasher. They demanded that they get $165.00 for parts after they came out for an examination of the problem. I was hesitant but paid the amount. They were to return in 3 days. I never saw them again. Multiple emails and phone calls repeatedly went unanswered or promises that they would be there the next day. It never occurred. I finally had to get my credit card company to investigate and then refund my money..
