I purchased a refrigerator from them on 3/8/for $The fridge did not workThey came the next day and replaced the main boardWhen it cooled the water and ice maker didn't workI called and left messages days in a row with no return callOn fourth day I finally got someone on the phone and was told the warranty does not cover that part of the fridgeI purchased it because of that partI could have gotten one $cheaper if I didn't need the ice maker and water dispenserThey refuse to fix itI purchased a new part for $that the water line connects to thinking that was the problem but it wasn'tThe water line and filter that connects to the back is fineWater goes to the back of the fridge but no furtherI am now out an additional $that I couldn't afford to pay and still have a fridge part not workingI am widowed and cannot afford to waste money on something that doesn't workI am also disabled and cannot do anything else to try to fix it myself
