balance on the credit bureau and discharge in Bankruptcy. 3. She states that Bob called her and harassed her. 4.  She states that Bob said she still owes $234.00     Answer to Statements by Ms. [redacted] 1. Ms.[redacted] filed Bankruptcy and reaffirmed her account, see attached copies. 2.  Ms [redacted] paid her account due to her reaffirmation; we let her phone in her payments to make it easier for her. 3.  Bob only called her when she did not make her payments per the bankruptcy reaffirmation  agreement. 4.  She did not pay the remaining balance of $234.04.     We make every effort to work with our customers and feel as though we did everything the right way to try and help each customer with their situation.   Legal Department
