I came for my first appointment that I even had a text message reminder for and when I arrived they told me my appointment was not in their record... THEN...after I received care at their office through my HMO, they billed me a large amount. In talking with my insurance, it turns out they billed it improperly. Sitting on hold with their billing office for quite a while listening to their auto recording saying "hold time is less than 1 minute..frustrating...
