Fore Property Company

I live in a property owned and operated by Fore Property Company in Denver, CO, [redacted] At best Fore over promises and under delivers and at worst they blatantly and knowingly false advertise.

I have spoken with a couple of people both locally and in their Las Vegas home office about my dissatisfaction with what is represented in advertisements and what was presented to me as a renter. My complaint was initially met with understanding and I was preached to about their focus on customer service. Once I acknowledged that I was looking to get out of my lease due to the terms of the lease not being fulfilled by Fore, the conversation quickly changed to the semantics of what 'is' and what 'is not' the lease agreement.

I can't speak to the integrity of the organizations in regards to it's attitude towards it employees or the other organizations they do business with, but they have little to no regard for their residents and I will never rent from them again.
