on 8/06/The vehicle was brought to sunbelt by *** *** *** *** who had been repairing vehicle after apparent accident .we asked to only diagnose rear tail lights we found faulty brake light switch We also performed unrelated recall15s18.taillights were operating and ***
was notified car was ready for pickup on the same day vehicle was returned with complaint that air bag light and advance tract light was on .also seemed brakes were getting hotwe were authorized to check vehicle and discovered that both left and right front crash sensors were faulty as well as pretensior for seatbelt causing air bag light to come onvehicle had codes*** for failed abs module and possible abs pump as it is common for both to fail at the same time.at this time progressive ins inspector came and gave authorization to replace seat belt tensior and no other repairs .Sunbelt made authorized repairs only .failure brake system now is hydraulic and has no relation to electrical switch that was replaced dealer does not make any determination of coverage or relation to accident claimthese issues should be discussed with body shop and insurance company thank you and let us know if we can be of any other service.

Well to that then they either buy back the 2009 Dodge Journey at Value price of what the car is $15,000 from me or They are gonna be looking at a law suite so that's all I have to say about that part .As for them stating that the Dodge Journey has only been towed once that isnt true I have had 5 to 6 towing's and mostly all of them have been by [redacted] shop that I am sure they have records of as well. ok so now whos doing the lieing here ? certianly not me . and as far as them helping me with a trade I have become very very scared to trust them due to them selling me a defective car in the first place and as far as disrespect yes ! I feel that my Intellagence has been disrespected and taken advantage of since I am a first time buyer . I feel that they have taken advantage of me & sold me a lemon from the very start and that they were well aware of their actions .So I will just for now let The [redacted] dealer handle the matters because I find that they stand behind what they sell an aim to take care & please their Customer's in any way that they can. thank you very much for all your assistance in this matter.
