Force Fed Performance

Review: I dropped my car off to get the computer retuned and agreed in writing to a contract of 500 dollars to be done. I was told to return after some time breaking in the car. I then returned the car to have it finished and they had my car for 4 months many unauthorized repairs they claim were done but no parts to prove it and no authorization. They charged me in total 3 thousand dollars and nothing was done. The car drove in and when we finally paid there bill to release the car it barley made it down the street before we had to have it towed home. The car was never fixed and they made so many false claims of work. Nothing but the original work order was ever signed.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund and the company to be charged if possible with any and all applicable laws regarding fines or suspension of license.
