In response to [redacted] ’s complaint, my position within Ta-Check Financial has changed and I am transitioning out of tax preparation and into a role as the Controller for the company I realized that there was an issue with the multi-state tax return and tried to get his money, that was due to him, from [redacted] They rejected the tax return saying that they needed further information I asked a co-worker to help assist me with this issue and assumed that it was being taken care of I have always enjoyed my meetings with [redacted] and wanted to help in any way that I could.I now realize that some time has gone by, but I would still like to resolve this issue with him I can either try to fix the situation myself and take those duties back from my co-worker, or I can offer him a refund of his last two years of tax preparation fees if he no longer would like to use our services.I hope that we can resolve this issueSincerely,David P***
