This restaurant insulted and embarassed our entire famly (people) as explained in my letter to the Revdex.com of May 15, Mandarin Chef delivered a large order that we all chipped in and paid for After we unpacked the large box we found that two meals had been left out We called and told MsTracy ***, the manager, of this error She insisted over and over that we had all the food we ordered and it took more than minutes on the phone and she never believed us She sent an employee to the house to see what food had been delivered By that time we were all eating what had been delivered The man looked at everything delivered including what was being eaten This was horrible!!! Ms*** made out like we had lied and said they don't make mistakes We should never had been treated like this and we should never have had someone come to the house and inspect us and the food After the man was satisfied that we had not gotten all the food we had ordered and paid for, having been staring at us and the food delivered for or minutes, he called the restaurant and in a few minutes the missing items were delivered The missing food as well as the food that had come before the missing food was delivered was delicious It is a shame that Mandarin Chef and MsTracy *** treat customers so badly We will plan to never order from them again We would never recommend this restaurant to anyone because of our horrible treatment We would advise everyone NEVER TO ALL THIS RESTAURANT
