Thank you for the detailed responseI have opened the Paypal dispute process and they will give the business days to refund the chargeIf that does not happen, then I will contact Revdex.com again and follow up To help with some details with the business' responses: # I'm sorry to hear about your customer service person going to the hospitalYou could have just replied back with the same information when I had repeatedly emailed you, and I would have understoodInstead your response was more like it is off your hands, not your issue # The zip code was not entered incorrectlyZillow told me there was a mapping issue when it came from forrentbyowner.comI am not too familiar with the details, but I do know that when they fixed it it reverted back with the next day's feedThis happened many times until after I followed up repeatedly with them, they were finally able to fix it # The information entered was correctThere was a feed mapping issue Anyways, I do not want to drag this out more than neededPaypal will reach out to the business for the refund and hopefully things will be resolved to both parties' satisfaction
