give the business 11 days to refund the charge. If that does not happen, then I will contact Revdex.com again and follow up.
To help with some details with the business' responses:
# 2. I'm sorry to hear about your customer service person going to the hospital. You could have just replied back with the same information when I had repeatedly emailed you, and I would have understood. Instead your response was more like it is off your hands, not your issue.
# 6. The zip code was not entered incorrectly. Zillow told me there was a mapping issue when it came from forrentbyowner.com. I am not too familiar with the details, but I do know that when they fixed it it reverted back with the next day's feed. This happened many times until after I followed up repeatedly with them, they were finally able to fix it.
# 8 . The information entered was correct. There was a feed mapping issue.
Anyways, I do not want to drag this out more than needed. Paypal will reach out to the business for the refund and hopefully things will be resolved to both parties' satisfaction.
