Review: Myself and 8 of my friends were picked up in El Dorado Hills for a concert in Wheatland. Pickup time was 5:00, we departed around 5:30. Our driver [redacted] was very nice, however, the vehicle was not in great condition; the speakers were blown, several of the air vents were broken, the beverage holders were broken, we noticed dried vomit by the window, and there was no ice ready for us so our first stop ended up being Raley's, where I gave [redacted] the remaining money I owed the company, $480 cash. We made it to Granite Bay before we broke down. [redacted] told us that the vehicle was overheating because there was water in the coolant reservoir. Myself and a fellow passenger watched [redacted] take a container of coolant out of the trunk, making us believe that they were prepared for this problem, and fill the coolant reservoir with coolant. [redacted] called his boss, [redacted] during this process for assitance who said that we would be getting our money back. Once [redacted] got the car started again, [redacted] said we would not be getting our money back after all. The 9 of us got back in the car, heat blasting, on a 90+ degree day, as to not overheat the vehicle again. We made it about 5-10 miles before pulling over again due to overheating. A fellow passenger purchased more coolant for the vehicle and warned the driver not to take the cap off because of the heat. He did so any way and the coolant blew out, causing another passenger to burn her toe on the hot coolant leaking out of the vehicle. [redacted] told us we could cancel the ride at that moment and receive our money back, in full, but we would be left on the side of the road. I then asked for another limo or cab for the way back. [redacted] started the vehicle again, we were "good to go" by 7 pm. However, the heat was still blasting for the rest of the ride and we did not arrive until 8:30-8:45. We completely missed the first act, half of our ticket's value, and after the concert, we were not given a new vehicle, as requested.Desired Settlement: A complete refund of $675 for the limousine, $140 for the 20% cash tip I gave to [redacted] after being dropped off at home, $250 for the concert tickets, and $13.96 for the coolant we purchased for the vehicle.
