Our Equestrian nonprofit contracted with [redacted] of Footings West to grade a large area of our property and build an arena with fencing, apex footing and new fencing and lightsAfter extending a three month job into twelve months with many problems along the way, [redacted] did not finish the JobHe was paid to order the arena lightingHe said that he did order the solar lights to be used (all is documented in text and email to myself and many others on our building committee) he never delivered the light and did not install themHe refuses to return calls and is unwilling to finish the job or return our money
