It has come to my attention that this complaint against our company is listed as unresolved and I wanted to get that taken care ofI thought we had mailed in our response....So, the customer has been taken care ofThe complaint was that the manufacturer was taking too long to resolve and issueWe
took the chair back and completely refunded the customers moneyThere was some miscommunication along the way and I personally dealt with the customer and apologizedThe have said they would shop with us again in the future
