Review: On 12/3/14 I forwarded a letter to the Supervisor of this firm. My issue quite simply was that I am supposed to be on a "quarterly service program". At $104/quarter I should be paying them $416/year. In a very respectful manner I gave them the opportunity to review my accounting & billing for 2014, and asked that they give my account a quick audit. My records indicate that more than $700 in a 13 month period (included Dec., 2013). Over the years of this multiple year business relationship, I trusted their firm that they would always bill me for no more than "4 quarterly" periods. I have blindly been paying them every time I received an invoice.On or about 12/5 or 12/6, a customer service representative called me and we discussed this excessive billing issue. He ultimately said he would pull my file and investigate the status of my accounting. He said he would call me the following day. This never happened and it has now been 5 weeks. I just sent another letter to the OWNER of the company that outlined what has transpired. I further requested that they pursue the audit that was originally promised, and send me all amounts that represent excessive billing and "over payments". I then requested that my service be discontinued immediately. The shame here, it that I gave this firm the opportunity to conduct a quick audit on my account, and rectify any balance issues (over billing and over payments).I have been using this firm for more than 5 years. I suspect this "over billing issue" did not just occur in 2014. I simply do not have the time or interest to go back over multiple years and do an audit. I am requesting that they rectify 2014, and send me any amounts that reflect "overbilling/overpayment/s".Desired Settlement: An audit will be initiated. We can work together on this, but my initial billing and payment history for 2014 indicates a possible $200+ overpayment for this year. This billing/payment history was provided to Foothill-Sierra Pest Control, in my 12/3 letter.
