Review: First appointment for repair of oven on December 23, 2014. January 23, 2015 part replaced. Problem reoccurred. Numerous calls not returned. Contact finally made and appt scheduled for Feb. 16. Same part ordered again for replacement. Numerous calls not returned. April 2 part replaced again. Same problem reoccurred. Numerous calls not returned. May 8 repair man came looked at oven again and said he would contact manufacturer for help and let me know their recommendation. Once again, numerous calls not returned. June 8 I sent him email requesting refund. No contact from repairman has been received. I have had on inoperable oven since December 2014. Today is June 27, 2015. I wish no further dealings with Foothill Appliance other than to receive a total refund. I have never in my life experienced this level of disregard for customer satisfaction. Per his website it states 100% satisfaction guaranteed on parts and labor.Desired Settlement: I want a total refund of all monies paid $495.12
