Review: I took a bedspread to this facility on 8/12/15. After several attempts to pick up my cleaning, I have been told that they will call to check the status. I again telephoned the facility yesterday and again today 9/9/15 without any updated status of my bedspread. This has been going for almost a month without any results. I have stopped at the cleaners to retrieve my bedspread several times during this time period without any results. I was initially told about a week to clean the product.The slip from the cleaners reads "Not Responsible for buttons, buckles, zippers, trim, elastic or GARMENTS left over 30 days". This has me worried as 30 days is approaching fast.Desired Settlement: I just would like to have my bedspread available for pickup within a reasonable time period.
