Review: After 11 days of not shipping an item I had ordered, the item was sent to the wrong address (two emails clearly indicate that this was not my shipping address). Seller does not respond to my emails and has refused to acknowledge their mistake or provide a refund.1. On May **, I ordered an item. I sent an email asking why the item was delayed the next day.2. On June **, I received an email apologizing and indicating that the item would be shipped. At this time I corroborated the shipping address (already given once and indicated in the email from seller).3. On June **, tracking information showed that the item arrived at a zip code that was not my shipping address.4. On June **, I asked the seller to clarify what happened. No response.5. I sent electronic messages asking for a refund on June **. No response.6. On June ** I filed a Revdex.com claim.Desired Settlement: Refund.
