*** in my office called and spoke to MrLuce. We are scheduled to be on site Friday morning. He did explain to him that per our proposal and the invoice he originally paid states that parts are year and the labor is one year. See attachedThe warranty started
on the 3/16/date He wasn’t happy about having to pay for the service call but that is what he agreed to and in our industry for commercial installs*** did tell him he would discount the labor a bit and told him he was swamped and apologized. The bad this is that he was actually going to get on the schedule for this week
