I have severe planter's fasciitis. I just wasted 8 weeks between ordering Foot Levelers from my chiropractor, waiting for them to come in, trying them out, and sending them back. Every time I put them on, I limped because they offered no support for the arch. They said they could see where an adjustment was needed, but didn't think it would help my problem and recommended I get a plaster cast made for custom orthotics. That should tell everyone everything you need to know. If they can't make adjustments to their so called custom orthotics, then they aren't really custom. I went to an orthopaedic who sent me to an orthotic shop to make me true custom orthotics after making plaster casts of my feet. The best part is the orthotics made from the plaster casts are only $232 and should last for many years. I will only have to periodically replace the liner on top. I had paid $385 for Foot Levelers so called custom orthotics. What a waste! I will never again waste time and money on Foot Levelers. After doing a little research, I have found this is a common problem with Foot Levelers. How can they be custom? I have serious doubts after my experience.
Regarding Ms [redacted] ’ order dated May 11, I am so sorry we are not able to help, as the warranty is months over our month warranty Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer a free replacement as it has been months since she ordered the orthotics We are happy to offer her a $reorder price If she had expressed her concerns within the warranty period, I can assure you Foot Levelers would have made modifications to her orthotics or refunded her money in full Again, I apologize we are not able to extend our warranty by an additional months Please let me know if there is any additional information you may need regarding this patient Best Regards, [redacted]
