Food Temptation

Review: I had ordered groceries online from this website on March 9th. They claim to deliver the food on their site to my neighborhood within 1 day. We waited for 2 days and then called them to inquire about the order. After a lot of back and forth due to terrible customer service, they replied that they cannot deliver to my neighborhood. The obvious thing for me to ask for was a refund. They mentioned it will take 2-3 days. I did not receive anything till mid-April. I made another call and luckily got somebody on the phone. I complaint to him and he asked for order reference. I provided it to him and he said it will be refunded in 2-3 days. I have an email stating that as well. Till date I have not received anything. Since then all my attempts have failed to get in touch with them. I posted on their facebook page[redacted]) that this can go viral, there was no response. Today I reviewed them on yelp(http:/[redacted]) as well and learnt from other reviewers that I was not the only one who experienced this. I request you guys to chase them down and help customers like us. These guys are fraud and just take people's money without delivering the service.Desired Settlement: I need my money back. My order was $62.86. As mentioned above they have easily duped others and owe other customers too.
