Thank you for removing me however I have issue with the part about needing to notify you before there was an name change to the business. It was NEVER a change. It was a new separate business started by one of the partners. It should have had a completely different account as it was a new business not affiliated with the old business or myself in any way.

Per our terms & conditions: "The customer agrees to notify FSA Credit department in writing (certified mail) 30 days prior to any change of name and/or ownership of the Customer, or of the Customer's business, and further agrees to be liable for all purchase by any buyer of the business should...

said notification not be given". The letter was received, with signatures from both previous owners, on 3/8/16 and sent to the collections agency. I have since confirmed, on 3/23/16, that said customer is removed from the legal action and is no longer affiliated with the account in our system.
