I shop at this market because it is close by and I don't have a car The machines that are used for bottle returns are always broken and not useable One Sunday, 5/1/2016, at approximately 2:pm, I was shopping at the store and I wanted to cash in my bottles and, of course, the bottle machine wasn't working I brought the bottles into the store and the manager refused to accept them, was rude and told me to use the machines I told him they were broken, as usual, and he told me to go to [redacted] with them If this store sells bottled products and charges a deposit, shouldn't they be responsible for returning the deposits to the customer? I have issues with my legs and the handicap carts are not working

Review: I bought a large family pack of chicken breasts from this store and was about to cook it one day before the expiration date. When I opened the package, I found out was spoiled. Upon trying to return/exchange it with the store manager, he told me he can't do anything unless I had a receipt. I bought the chicken with my ebt card, he should be able to look it up with that info seeing as I had already disposed of the receipt. He refused my question of exchanging it for non rotten chicken, so I let him keep it and told him I will never give him my business again. I believe the manager was unfair, seeing that the chicken was not to expire until the following day. I would like the amount put back onto my ebt card.Desired Settlement: I would like another large, family size package off chicken breasts approximate value $15 and an apology for making me cry.
