Poor Service! Service man came yesterday (late) and could not do the job, said he had to rebook for today Scheduled for 8am-10am window....at 9:we texted with request for etaResponse was "trying to reach my guy on the road, will let you know" An hour later , received a text sent stating "will be there between 12-for sure" At 2:yet another text...."will be there 2:45-3:00" At 3:a knock on the door from a 3rd party contractor sent to do the job....wasn't even an employee from Doorman Will never use this company again.....Saturday WASTED waiting around on this company Doorman also tried to charge my neighbour for a Saturday service call premium which was not discussed when service booked for a non urgent repair

Service man came yesterday (late) and could not do the job, said he had to rebook for today.
Scheduled for 8am-10am window....at 9:50 we texted with request for eta. Response was "trying to reach my guy on the road, will let you know"
An hour later , received a text sent stating "will be there between 12-2 for sure"
At 2:10 yet another text...."will be there 2:45-3:00"
At 3:10 a knock on the door from a 3rd party contractor sent to do the job....wasn't even an employee from Doorman.
Will never use this company again.....Saturday WASTED waiting around on this company.
