Fontana Village Inn

Review: I prepaid in full 2 nights in May. My husband had a massive stroke and they would not refund my money. They did provide me a certificate valid through 12/31/15 for one night lodging authorized and signed by Zoran Atlija. I called today, 12/21 to redeem certificate and they will not honor. They claim hotel is under new management. I do not feel I should be penalized. They had plenty of rooms available and as a goodwill gesture and the fact I have a certificate which is binding, they should honor it. That is terrible especially under the circumstances.Desired Settlement: They should extend or honor certificate or refund my one night. I had paid premium price and over a weekend that I was forced to forfeit. This certificate expires 12/31/15 and they will not honor it as of today.
