We have received your letter of complaint and in response to the complaint all issues have been resolved and the Customer has since been in contact with us and even gave the owner an apology We originally explained to Ms [redacted] That we had on oversite on the measurement of the gutter guard that we installed and that we did not normally do work out In Grants Pass but that we would be out in the near future at some point to make the necessary adjustments We have since Completed the extra inches of gutter guard for Ms [redacted] , made sure her gutters were clean with moss issue taken care of.The situation is now resolved and closed

Marco F*'s crew was just here and finished the work on my roof that was needed to be doneThe issues is now resolved, hopefullyI was supposed to place a call to Marco F* after they were here today,which I didI apologized to him for getting so angry about everything that had transpired
before things got to this pointHe also apologized to me alsoThat was very much appreciated by me
