Great place to work with. Salesman worked hard for me. Very accommodating.
I purchase a 300 Chrysler from Fontana Motors Direct on 7/26/2019, I give a 1000.00 down with a credit card on August 21,2019 I got a phone call from Capital One Finance company letting me know that they did not accept a credit card down payment I need to take cash or a cashier check to the dealer ship on Friday August 23, I stop by Fontana motors to get a refund on my credit card and gave them a cash down payment. I requested for my receipts as proof of the cash down payment. Friday September 6,2019, I got a text message from Fontana motors asking for the first car payment and that I also needed to pick up the cash that I gave for the down payment and bring a cashier check instead. I called capital one finance Company and asked for verification of the first car payment to be given to the dealership and they told me that my contract expired due to Fontana motor failing to send The finance paper work and down payment, Capital one finance told they will never ask the dealer to collect the car payment, I called Fontana motors and they told me that Capital One Finance was giving me the wrong information.I told them I was going to report then to the "Revdex.com" and they said they will call me back and I have not heard anything from them.I have had the vehicle for 46 day and I don't even know if I have a finance company at this point or what is going to happen. I really need help with this issue and I am willing to give the vehicle back but I want my down payment back and I don't want to pay anything because I have been using the vehicle. Please help me,Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
I bought a 2005 Chevy Suburban for my daughter on July 19,2019.The car had a few noticeable issues so they wrote them on a due bill for repair the emergency brake cord was broken and some panel needed to be glued in and the service ride control and tire monitor pressure was shown on the dash board. The salesman *** said it would be ok and I can take the car home because the service center is closed Saturday and Sunday and to call him so I could get an appointment to drop the car off for service and that the car should be in for about a week. When I took the car home I noticed some more issues with the car .I dropped my car off on Thursday 7/25/19 and gave the sales rep a list of things wrong with the car.My car didn't get into the shop till Monday 7/29/19. When I called the sales rep on Tuesday to see the status on the car he said that they ordered the part and the tech is waiting to get it so they could install the part. I called back on Wednesday and he still had no answers so I asked for the shop info and he said he is not allowed to give that to me and also he has other car to work on and other dealerships the shop works with. So I finally stopped dealing with *** and talked to the GM ***. *** gave me shop info and when I called the shop I found out that my rear shocks were really bad and needed replacing and other repairs needed to be done but the dealership is refusing to approve the repairs. I told the Gm about the necessary repairs and he said that they already put 700.00 into the car and if they do the shocks it would come out to 2050.00 and that is too much and he said the seller of the vehicle would just cancel my contract and he would have to fix the shocks because he cant sell a car like that and he would resell the car at a higher price.
