Fantastic company! Dedicated employees that go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy and that the system is cooling properly and as efficiently as possible. I called Dan late on a Thursday afternoon and they worked around my schedule to diagnose the problem, obtain the replacement parts and repair the system. I was not able to get home until 8 p.m. and they met me upon my arrival. They are truly dedicated to their business and taking care of their customers like family. I highly recommend Fontana Brothers and will continue to use them for AC service and repairs.

Prompt service call ($60 maintenance/spring cleaning of unit) and thorough fix of a poorly working AC unit. Dan seems reliable, knowledgeable and honest.

Fontana Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new 3 ton AC unit for me and did an excellent job. I had a freon/leak issue with the old unit and during the installation they went above and beyond to ensure that anything impacted from the leak was cleaned up, corrected, and properly insulated before installing the new unit. Pedro, Luis, Dan and Andre were very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Fontana Brothers have completed AC repairs/unit replacement at our 2 homes. I am a supervisor in Customer Service and therefore Customer Service is of the utmost importance to me especially when it comes to my family needs. Fontana Brothers employees are very courteous, personable and trust worthy. They take great care of their customers in spite of some language barriers and make every effort for them feel comfortable. They are prompt to respond even after regular business hours. I would highly recommend them.

My air conditioning fan motor and compressor broke. I immediately called Dan and within 1 hour he was at my residence.....45 minutes later, he resolved the problem and had my air conditioner up and running. Dan is very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him and his company for your air conditioning needs.

Maintenance and service on air conditioner

At the time my AC broke I was preparing for a group study meeting at my home in less than two hours. I knew of the Fontana Brothers from my neighborhood, so I called. expecting a long wait. I was really surprised when I was told that it would be taken care of before the meeting and we would have cold air. Wow! When Andre arrived it was a matter of minutes determining the problem and thirty minutes before
my meeting time, we were doing the paperwork....job complete...cold air just as promised. Young Andre was very courteous and did an extra service on my unit that really improved the performance.(at no cost). My wife and I were really pleased with young Andre and Fontana Brothers outstanding service. We will certainly spread the word about their quality service.

When I 1st called, I left a message and the rep answered the call promptly and service guy (Adam) showed at my door within an hour as stated. He was easy to talk to, seemed knowledgeable and was willing to assist on what was needed, and didn't give the "I'm in a hurry to leave" vibe.

I called a few different HVAC companies before being referred to the Fontana brothers. I chose them over the rest for a few reasons: 1) fast courteous response, 2) better pricing than the rest of the quotes 3) explanation of the steps of installation. The Fontana brothers made me feel as my house was the only priority they had even though I know they were busy with multiple jobs. The personal touch they have made this experience by far the BEST I've ever had with a HVAC company, most companies you feel taken advantage of or as if they are trying to force sell you something. I never felt that way working with their company. I will be referring them to my family and friends! Thank you for a great experience.

The company succeeded in helping us that day,though we didn`t call till approximately 12:30 pm...We told him what we thought the issue was...Pat verified it and complimented my husband on how well the 40-yr.old central air unit was maintained...He did not try to high-pressure us to buy a new unit...was very professional and personable and reasonable...We would have again and recommend to anyone...

Thank you, Fontana Brothers! My family was in need of a new motor for our AC handler. My first call was to the heating and cooling company that I have used since I purchased my home in 2012. I was utterly shocked at the price of their quote. Normally, I am a loyal customer and would not shop deals - - that is unless, I thought the price was not in line with market. The issue was I don't know market prices for AC components and labor.

I asked a few co-workers for some referrals. My first call was to Fontana Brothers. Immediately, I liked them. I worked directly with Andre. He made the process seamless. I gave him my unit's make, model and seriel number and some basic information about the location of my handler. Within 15 minutes of our first conversation, he called me back with a quote - - - to my surprise it was 52% less than my original quote from my existing AC service co.

While, I didn't think we needed to rush the work. Andre recommended that he come out tonight after my workday because it is going to be cold & he was concerned about my family not having heat tonight and tomorrow morning. How awesome is that???

Andre and his son, Andre Jr. replaced my handler's motor tonight. It was so easy. Plus, these guys are professional and very mindful about keeping the house clean (booties over their shoes and they swept up after themselves.)
