It is true that her dog received a bite during a daycare session at our facility.  However, several statements were not correct.  The daycare was most definitely supervised and as I explained, she could talk with her vet and find that unfortunately on a rare occasion this does...

happen.  Her dog was most certainly not "Mauled" and it was not from a boxer.  Her vet advised it was a superficial tear from the bite and did not include any tissue or muscle damage.  I know this is always upsetting but we acted quickly, taking him to his own vet and also paying the entire vet bill even though we have a signed daycare agreement releasing Fondren 5 Star Pet Resort from any liability, which is a common practice with all daycare facilities.   We did refund the additional 2 days lodging she needed to be able to pick him up herself.   In order to resolve this, we will be willing to refund her entire lodging, but in return she must take down her post with [redacted] and sign a legal agreement that she will not post anything further  about this on any social media.  I prefer not to give her groom coupons (between us if she thinks we are so terrible why would she want to bring her dog back for 6 more grooms!!!) Sorry for the late reply and please let me know where we go from hereJo Ann E[redacted]President
