Review: I was thinking they were good. I get a voice mail whilst in India which is still available as to how my dog furby was digging in his kennel right after a groom and how they found his nail to be clipped and bleeding and how they applied some cream and he was fine. Today I see that my dog is still bloodied and very much in pain. I called them up today and was given the same speel. I find it rather convenient to blame the dog for digging than some hack who injured my dog while giving a groom. I usually drive 500 miles to leave my dog with friends but this time I did not and he paid the price. I intend taking him to a vet as well as stop payment through my bank. My dog is limping and in tremendous pain.Desired Settlement: I need them to pay for my dog to heal as I feel they were negligent.
