I have dealt with Randy at Foltz Transmission over the years whenever one of my cars or trucks needed any transmission work and I have always been happy I am writing this review because of a recent incident where Foltz went above and beyond what was required
I have a *** *** with 250k miles and the trans finally went out He put a used one in (offered me the choice of new, rebuilt or used and I chose used based on price and life expectancy of truck) The used trans only comes with a day warranty My son took the truck to college and about months later he said it was acting up Randy took a look at it and decided it was a bad 1st gearHe replaced the bad transmission with another used one even though it was out of the stated warranty He did not even charge me for his labor That type of customer service will keep me coming back and I will tell all my friends to go see Randy at Foltz for any transmission work you need They are a Great Local Business Thank You
