I am rejecting this response because: that was not my reason for fail. That may have been my family member but that was not why I filed complaint. Poor customer service and business practice.

California Legal until it is put on the proper list. As far as the customer service issues go, business does not agree with the consumer reported experience. This smog station is test only, meaning that there is no business interest in failing vehicles. Business goes out of their way to locate part number with the proper agencies. If consumer does not agree they have the choice to contact the referee. Business is aware that consumer took vehicle to a second station for a second smog which also failed as tampered. At this point business stands by their services provided. She is more than welcome to take advantage of her free retest which is good for sixty days.
Review: This smog center has been nothing but a rip off. Myself and 2 family members have taken our cars here to be smogged and each one failed. The guy doing the test is rude and unfriendly and laughs and snickers when he gets to fail a vehicle. My family and I experienced this each time we went separately. They think its funny my hard earned money is spent on his determination of a visual inspection and never failed on the machine. The last time I went in for my car the girl at the counter complained to me as a customer about the number of complaints the owner gets about her business practices and the owner doesn't care. This place is a rip off that lies and laughs at its customers. They are a horrible business that should not be serving the public. When we have taken our cars to our excellent mechanic he even says they were incorrect. I would love to see this place shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like my smog fees, my husband's smog fees, and my mother's smog fees reimbursed. I would also like the shop be inspected for fraudulent practices.
