Mr [redacted] vehicle was illegally parked at The Cliff house restaurant in Folsom, CA on Monday May 29, We towed his vehicle from the parking lot without attempting to enter his vehicleIt is not customary when we tow from Private property to enter the vehiclesAttached is a letter from the driver that towed his vehicle stating that under no uncertain terms did he try to unlock the vehicle prior to towing it Therefore the damage was not done by the driver and Folsom Lake Towing, LLC is not responsible to fix the window
