Review: I bought a Lifetime Maintenance Warranty from Folsom Dodge in 2009. Now, the new owner says my contract is void because he lost a lot of money on them and he is not happy about that. He is cancelling the portfolio maintenance contracts because of this. I feel this is very unfair, probably illegal, and certainly immoral. I shook the salesmans hand on our deal. Now they want to revoke it just because they want to. I bought my new van with MAXIMUM warranties in good faith. Doesnt that make me one of their best customers? Is THIS how they treat loyal customers? I am very disappointed in the integrity and performance of Folsom Lake Dodge. I just want them to honor my contract - that I, and they, signed in good faith.Desired Settlement: I either want them to HONOR THE CONTRACT that they signed (preferred solution) - or a full refund of the cost of the contract ($1982.00)(NOT the "pro-rated" $148 that they offered me - how can you pro-rate a LIFETIME contract??).
Review: Leased a vehicle from Folsom Lake Dodge, on the 10th day they called and said they needed $100 more a month added on the payment if I wanted to keep the vehicle. I said that a manager needed to call me, which he never did, I left 2 messages for the manager the next day and still no call back. Finally the finance guy called me again 4 days later and said they are coming to get the car tomorrow. It has nothing to do with my credit or on my part, they just cant stick to the terms of the lease. We had this deal of how much down, and the monthly payment before I even test drove the car, I live 3 hours away and would have never drove over there and wasted my time if the numbers weren't what I needed. The way they are handling this situation is completely ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid back for my fuel to drive over there and back home or I think I should be able to keep the vehicle at the terms that we had agreed on.
