I sent the Customer an emails asking her to please tell me the location of the school.Once I have that information I can look into this further

We are submitting a check to her in the amount of $60, the cost of the book. I have sent her an email letting her know that is what Follett is doing
I have reached out to the customer to identify what store this happened at.Once I get the response I can work on the solution.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] – I explained to him that we just received a new shipment of the clocks and could now re-enter and fulfill his order for him. I offered to give him a 30% discount (instead of the original 20% discount) and free next day shipping for his troubles. I again apologized for the problems he encountered and let him know we were working to get them corrected. He reordered the clock and is all taken care of.
