[redacted] installed new service, subpanel and 4 new circuits. He insisted on getting paid promptly, so I paid him. He finished the work on 10/*/2013 and as of 5/**/2015 he still has not returned to complete the inspection which he charged me extra for. Job a bit sloppy and I spackled and cleaned up mess etc. Biggest complaint is that he does not return phone calls and 1.5 years later he still won't bring inspector to inspect the job. I would not use this guy. He bought the company and now it is a one man show and he will not complete the job.
