Review: I bought a Foley + Corinna bag in January 2013. In May, after only a few lightweight uses, the bag tore on the side near the seam where the bag's strap is hooked in. I contacted Foley + Corinna through their online customer service email on June * to inquire about the tear and options for repairing or replacing the bag through. I never heard back from them, so I tweeted at them to inquire about the repair on July **. They responded via [redacted], asking for the details of my prior customer service inquiry. After providing the details, they ensured me that I would receive a response about my bag "ASAP." I never heard from the company, so in August I tweeted at them again asking for a follow-up - and still have yet to hear a response, now, in October 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like my current bag repaired free of charge, or for it to be replaced.

Hello!
Review: I have been attempting to return a $425 handbag to Foley & Corinna for nearly 40 days without success.
I ordered a handbag from Foley & Corinna's webpage in mid-September 2015. It arrived at my home on September **, 2015. The shipping package had no receipt or return information. The Company's website and a subsequent email confirmation advised that all returns must be processed within 30 days. But in order to return any purchase, you must call or email the Company to obtain a return approval. Any returned item without prior approval will not be credited.
I have repeatedly tried to contact Foley & Corinna since that time. I called the Company twice in late September and left voicemails on the general customer service line. I emailed the Company on October [redacted] and October [redacted]. I called again in mid-October and was finally transferred to a return specialist. I was only able to leave a voicemail for this person, who did not return my call. I emailed again on November [redacted] and advised that my next step would be to contact Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like Foley & Corinna to acknowledge my request to return the handbag and permit me to return it for a full refund. A full refund is permitted under the Company's return policy, which I relied on in purchasing the item online. I am not able to return the handbag, however, without authorization from the Company.
