This is in response to the complaint filed on 10/12/by *** *** ***Complaint #***We performed an oil change on her *** *** on 10/9/ A oil change does include topping off fluids, including windshield washer fluid The mechanic attempted to add washer
fluid but it poured out onto the shop floor.As Ms*** stated, her vehicle was hit on the passenger side bumper, which is exactly where her washer tank is.I attempted to be nice for the first minutes of her phone call, but she would not come to the point and I had other customers.We have diagrams to show her if she would like to see them
