I performed a study for this company. I tested a make up product. I was promised $50 in return for my services . After the product testing was completed , I was told the ' check was in the mail' it's been approximately 2 months and still no check. When I call or email to inquire, I'm told that I have to pay $30 to have the check reissued and since it was an envelope I addressed , it's ' not there fault'. I feel this is incomprehensible , I performed a service and deserved to get pay in a timely manner. Please advise.Thank youDesired SettlementPayment of $50 for my services rendered. She completed a self addressed envelope which we used to mail her the $50 honorarium. The $50 check was made out to CASH and was negotiable up to 90 days, as was noted on our check "VOID AFTER 90 DAYS".We had to wait the 90 days to see if the check had been cashed, and do not take responsibility for the USPS delivering the check as the envelope was hand written by the plaintiff. We are sorry for the plaintiff's inconvenience, but we did issue her another $50 check as promised. We hope this information clears up the misunderstanding.Very truly yours,
