Used Focus as the Canadian Port of Origin shipping agent to send my belongings to Europe
Would advise anyone using these people to steer well clearNot only did they incorrectly assess the volume of cargo, they subcontracted the work to another company who packed belongings incorrectly leading to unreasonable damages and some items have gone missing - ***
The company presents a very good image of themselves which is clearly not the experience they deliver
