Had Focus over at the house recently for repair of an electric garage door that is over 30 years old. James Meador, the mechanic, patiently explained everything to me and took my budget into account by not trying to sell me anything that I did not need, which I greatly appreciated. He showed me what needed to be replaced, explained why, and also showed me what was still in good working order, while explaining that as well.
