I am rejecting this response because:
I am not, nor was I primarily upset about having to schedule an inspection on my own.  Even though this is unheard of in residential electrical work as was mentioned by the inspector. I am irritated with this responses focus on this one...

complaint. I requested a partial refund in regards too having to supply wire, switches, and outlet boxes of which were included in the original estimate.  Also the labor I had to provide, since the contractor was unable to feed wire into the ceiling by himself and didn't have any staff to assist. Yes I am annoyed by the unprofessionalism from Ron Jacobson and his journeyman.  The mess, the tardiness,  lack of communication,  arcing of our wiring, and inspection were all inconveniences, this is all objective evidence of their lack of professional standards. I left a voicemail on Ron Jacobs phone with my request and issues, but never raised my voice or was irate. Also I never had communication with Ron after this voicemail, as he never personally responded. Thank you for your time, David [redacted]
