Although Mr. is not a direct client of ours, and did not hire us to perform the work, we’re disappointed that this situation has made him unhappy. We are contracted by the Homeowners Association Board of Directors and the Association’s management company, to perform landscape work within the community Mr. resides. The Board contracted us to trim trees within standard horticultural practices, which we did, in a timely and professional manner. We value our reputation and the partnerships we form with our clients and the broader community we serve; our success is built on our ability to consistently meet the high standards of our clients. As you’ll note from the statement below; we completed the trimming to the satisfaction of the Board of Directors and management company. We continue to have a great partnership with them and look forward to continuing to meet their landscaping needs for years to come.

***. resides within a condominium community where the day to day affairs are handled by the Board of Directors through a community association management company. Therefore, the contract to trim trees at said property by Focal Pointe was signed by the Board of Directors not ***. He , ***. was not involved in the decision making process to have this work completed nor did he review the contract presented. ***. shared his concerns and lack of satisfaction of work completed by Focal Pointe to both the Board and management company which they in turn discussed with Focal Pointe. The Board felt satisfied with answers provided by Focal Pointe for trimming and stated they would evaluate further in the spring if any damage had occurred and Focal Pointe would address at that time. Focal Pointe has been contracted with said association for the last three years, we are very satisfied with their lawncare and horticultural needs for this property.
