[redacted] I signed an annual service contract with Fobbus on Feb 05, They were suppose to come out an service my Heat pump in the spring and fallMid May, they still had not come out and serviced my unitI called them and asked about itThe woman who answered the phone started laughing when she realized who I wasShe then informed me they would come out in a couple of weeksOn July 09, 2015, they still had not came out so I called againAs soon as the woman realized who I was, she started laughing againShe told me she would try and get someone out in a couple of weeks, for the spring serviceI told her just to send me my money back, since there was no doubt in my mind that they are not going to honor their contractShe said she would talk with the owner about maybe refunding my moneyThey may be a great company, but in my case-they did not honor their written contractAnd, it appears they are not going to refund my $130.00, which is what they charged me for the con

Mid May, they still had not come out and serviced my unit. I called them and asked about it. The woman who answered the phone started laughing when she realized who I was. She then informed me they would come out in a couple of weeks. On July 09, 2015, they still had not came out so I called again. As soon as the woman realized who I was, she started laughing again. She told me she would try and get someone out in a couple of weeks, for the spring service.
