I’m filing this on behalf of a buyer on Foap she said she would like to buy some photos from me. She gave me your PayPal email. I sent her $20.00 I never sent any photos. I ask her to refund my money she said she will not refund my money back to me and said I will lose all the money I’ve sent to her.
