I have received your complaint dated 8/15/We did look at our video camera system and nowhere did we see anything or anybody damage the vehicleWe can see the detail employee waxing the vehicle with an "orbital" bufferThe orbital buffer does not do a circular motionWe can also see that the
employee was moving from side to side on the door in question not up and downSo if there was something in our pad that would make a scratch it would have been a horizontal not vertical scratchI do not see where we would be liable for these scratchesThey did comment that they purchased the vehicle days priorIs it possible that those scratches were already there and just covered up?
