I am rejecting this response because: absolutely nothing new here my calling them is not spending time. Stand by your procuct.

The included instruction manual is very clear that the right temperature to use this product for optimal results is 75 degrees.  [redacted] used his kit when it was too hot (over 85 degrees).  We helped him understand this when we read the same instructions with him on the phone on Monday...

6/26.  He was grateful that we reached out to him and for our help at that time. He never called us back for more assistance. Instructions say to do test patches and stop immediately if the foam is not green and tacky to the touch in 30 seconds. [redacted] should not have kept spraying when he saw the color blue where it could “drip on the floor” until his test patch was green and curing.  Foam does not turn green and then drip off walls.  That is why the test patch is an important and emphasized part of the instructions.  The good news is, he can easily wipe up any mess he made with paper towels.  [redacted] still has ¾ of his do-it-yourself kit left.  We’re grateful he didn’t waste a whole kit so he can still achieve success!  As was discussed with [redacted] on the phone, all he needs to do is cool the kit down to the instructed temperature range.  We also recommended to him to do his project in the morning since his location is getting to over 105 degrees in the afternoon and he’s using it outside in an uninsulated garage lined with black paper.
