Review: I am filing a complaint after calling in a minimum of 5 times to try to get my bi-weekly payments set up with a new loan number after refinancing my loan in February. I am continually told something different by each representative and you can tell the service is outsourced outside the US and all the representatives just regurgitate a script. I was told that I would receive paperwork several times to get the bi-weekly payments set up, yet I still have not received anything in the mail and I had already FAXED the written request 3 times to them (per their initial request). So, I am tired of being the one that is following up with them and do their customer service work.Desired Settlement: All I WANT is someone to correctly set up my bi-weekly payments as I have requested numerous times. I work many hours and DO NOT have time to keep following on these petty issues due to poor customer service. Please have a manager call me at [redacted] that does not READY FROM A SCRIPT to get this set up.
