FNBT contacted me on 08/14/regarding charges from Indiana, I live in FloridaI went to the bank on get a new card and fill out the required paperwork and was told the money would be back in my account within hoursToday, 08/20/2014, business hours later, I call the bank and am told the per a Mrs [redacted] it takes 10-days to complete the investigation and return my funds to my accountSeriously??? I did all my school shopping and bill paying and was counting on the returned funds for grocery shoppingVery poor customer service with an oh well, sucks to be you attitude

Today, 08/20/2014, 96 business hours later, I call the bank and am told the per a Mrs. [redacted] it takes 10-30 days to complete the investigation and return my funds to my account. Seriously??? I did all my school shopping and bill paying and was counting on the returned funds for grocery shopping. Very poor customer service with an oh well, sucks to be you attitude.
